Vendor information for PRIDE Saturday, June 6, 2026 | 11:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Hello! East Central Minnesota Pride is celebrating our 21st year and welcomes applications for booth space from community organizations, merchandise vendors, and service providers.
PROCESS:
East Central Minnesota Pride (ECMP) will review applications and grant space based on the needs of the festival, giving consideration to variety, appropriateness, history, and other factors. Efforts will be made to avoid duplication of goods and services when possible. Applicants will be notified by email of acceptance and will have two weeks to secure their space by completing and returning a signed liability waiver, the ST19 form required by the MN Dept of Revenue, and paying the fee. Vendors who have not completed the registration process by the deadline risk having their space offered to another vendor.
FEES:
$55 for a standard 10×10 space and is non-refundable. A limited number of 12×12 spaces are available for a non-refundable $65. Spaces in other sizes may be available. Indicate your requirements on the application form.
SETUP:
Booth setup should be completed no later than 10:45 a.m.; the park is open at 8:30 a.m.
Exhibitors must provide their own displays, tables, tents, chairs, etc. No electricity is available, and generators are prohibited except for food trucks.
PARKING:
During setup, vendors may park adjacent to the park. Once booth setup is completed, vendors are required to move vehicles and trailers a minimum of 3 blocks away from the park, utilizing on-street parking.
CLEANUP:
Vendors are responsible for removing trash and debris from their assigned space. Booths may not be taken down before the festival ends at 5 p.m.
SECURITY:
Participants are responsible for the security of their goods. ECMP accepts no responsibility for stolen or damaged property, accidents, or injuries.
